Vodenje in konflikti v srbskih osnovnih šolah

Povzetek

Ta študija preučuje, kako so transformacijsko, transakcijsko in etično vodenje ter izmenjava med vodjo in člani povezani s konflikti ki se po javljajo v povezavi z nalogami, odnosi in s postopki v srbskih osnovnih šolah, ter preučuje, ali organizacijska zavezanost in razdalja moči ublažita te povezave. Podatki ankete so bili zbrani pri 380 učiteljih. Izsledki kažejo, da večina dimenzij vodenja zmanjšuje konflikte: osnovno transformacijsko vodenje zmanjšuje konflikte, povezane z nalogami, medtem ko izmenjava med vodjo in člani najmočneje zmanjšuje konflikte, povezane z odnosi in s postopki. Pogojno kaznovalno vedenje po drugi strani povečuje konflikte, podporno vodenje pa lahko v določenih kontekstih poveča konflikte, povezane z odnosi. Analize moderacije kažejo, da visoka organizacijska zavezanost in nizka razdalja moči okrepita učinke vodenja, ki zmanjšujejo konflikte. Organizacijska zavezanost okrepi učinke na konflikte, povezane z nalogami in s postopki, medtem ko nizka razdalja moči okrepi učinke na konflikte v odnosih. Ti izsledki poudarjajo medsebojno delovanje pristopa vodenja in organizacijskega konteksta pri razumevanju dinamike konfliktov v šolah ter ponujajo praktična navodila za spodbujanje zdravega medosebnega in delovnega okolja.
